Shipping

Once you placed and paid for your order, your package will be shipped within 1-3 days. After leaving our facility, products are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.

Jamaica

• Free shipping to any Parish in Jamaica on orders over JMD 5000.

• A flat rate of JMD 700 is applied to all orders under JMD 5000 via Knutsford Express.

• A flat rate of JMD 500 is applied to all orders between JMD 5000 via Zip Mail.

International

Regretfully, we do not ship overseas for all products at this time. Sign up for Sheneika’s newsletter for updates on when shipping may become available in your region.

All our books are available on Amazon and can be purchased from the Amazon Website. Click on any of the books or the buy now button to be redirected to the Amazon website.

Orders may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery.

Orders are shipped through the following postal providers:

• Jamaica: Knutsford Express, Zip Mail (Jamaica Post)

• International: Through Amazon’s shipping providers

Upon shipping your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you promptly.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We value sustainability and creating a planet with as little as waste as possible. For this reason, all clothing and book sales are final and returns will not be accepted.

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of all other unused products within 14 days of receipt. Products to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes involved with the return shipment. In the event of a refund, any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

To make a return or exchange, please email us at orders@sheneikastewart.com within 14 days of receipt.

To cancel an order, please email us at orders@sheneikastewart.com immediately as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at orders@sheneikastewart.com with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.

Kindly understand that we’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out, this goes for cancellation and address changes. Please reach out to us with all information regarding your request and we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds

Once you have shipped your return back to us, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund, as we need to confirm the receipt of the product before processing any reimbursements. Please note any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Pay Pal- Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card, or direct bank transfer). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card or account within 3-5 business days of the refund being processed.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
